Workspaces
Isolated workspaces, each with their own tickets, users, settings, and workflows. Run multiple support operations from one Fesk account.
What's a workspace
Each workspace is fully self-contained. Tickets, team members, SLA policies, automation rules, and workflow statuses are all scoped to the workspace. Nothing leaks between them. Run a separate workspace per product, team, or client and nothing crosses over, each carries its own SLA policies and response targets, and a workspace admin manages that workspace's members and settings without touching any other.
Creating a workspace
Go to Settings → Workspace and click New Workspace. Give it a name and optionally invite initial members. The new workspace starts with default workflow statuses (Open, Work in Progress, Waiting, Closed).
Switching workspaces
Use the workspace switcher in the top-left corner. It shows the workspaces you belong to and includes a search field for longer lists. Pick one to switch, the board, tickets, and settings update to that workspace's context.
Custom workflow statuses
Each workspace can define its own set of statuses beyond the defaults. Go to Settings → Workflow Statuses within a workspace to:
- Add new statuses (e.g. "Escalated", "Pending Approval")
- Rename existing ones
- Reorder columns on the board
- Set which status counts as "resolved" for SLA purposes
Archive and restore
Workspaces you no longer need can be archived. Archived workspaces disappear from the switcher but their data is preserved. Restore them anytime from Settings → Workspace → Archived.
