Fesk provides personal-data exports, Data Processing Agreement records, and documented retention periods.
Exporting your personal data
You can download a copy of the personal data Fesk holds about you. Request it from your account settings to receive a machine-readable export of your profile and associated records. The export can be used for a subject access request or your own records.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
If your organization needs a Data Processing Agreement, an admin can review and accept it under Settings. Fesk records who accepted it and when, so you have a clear, timestamped audit trail for compliance. The full legal text is also published on the DPA page.
Data retention
Deleted tickets are soft-deleted first, they're hidden and excluded from exports but recoverable for a window before permanent removal. This is what makes the import roll-back safe and prevents an accidental delete from being instantly irreversible.
