Saved Views
Save filter combinations as named views so you can jump back to the tickets that matter without rebuilding filters every time.
Creating a view
Set up your filters on the board, assignee, priority, labels, whatever you need. Then click Save View in the filter bar. Give it a name and choose whether it's personal or shared with the team.
Personal vs. shared
- Personal views are visible only to you.
- Shared views appear for everyone in the workspace. Useful for common perspectives like "Unassigned High Priority" or "Waiting on Customer."
Default view
Mark any saved view as your default. When you open the board, that view loads automatically instead of the unfiltered state. Each user picks their own default independently.
Quick filter presets
The view selector dropdown includes built-in presets:
- My Tickets: assigned to you
- Unassigned: no assignee set
- High Priority: priority is High or Critical
- Due Today: SLA deadline within 24 hours
These presets can't be deleted but you can hide them in your preferences.
Using the view selector
The dropdown sits at the top-left of the board. Click it to switch views instantly. The active view name shows in the bar so you always know which filter set is applied.
Switching views updates the URL, so you can bookmark or share a direct link to any view.
