Frequently Asked Questions

Every account includes a one-time welcome budget of 10,000 billable AI tokens. After that, AI costs $2 per 10,000 billable tokens. Continuing beyond the welcome budget requires a payment method and explicit opt-in to paid AI; we'll notify you when spending trends upward.

An active user is someone who signs in at least once during the billing period. Provisioned users who never sign in are not counted. Once 4 or more users are active, all active users are billed for that period.

AI-powered actions consume model input and output tokens based on the text they process. For billing, Fesk counts 10% of those model tokens as billable tokens. Regular manual operations don't consume AI tokens.

Yes. Up to 3 active users per billing period are free with access to the same product features. The account also includes a one-time 10,000-token AI welcome budget and 5,000 API calls each month. A payment method is only required to opt in to paid usage or paid support.
