Search
Use the search and command palette to find tickets, open pages, and run actions.
Command palette
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open the command palette. From here you can:
- Search tickets by number, title, or description
- Jump to any page (board, activity, settings, reports)
- Run quick actions (create ticket, switch view)
Results appear as you type. Recently used commands and tickets sync across your devices, and the five most recent sit right at the top, so the jumps you make all day stay a keystroke away. To go straight to a ticket by number, prefix the query with #: #142 opens it directly.
Board search
The search field at the top of the board filters visible tickets in real time. Press / to focus it without reaching for the mouse. This is a local filter, it narrows what's on screen without navigating away. Pair it with a saved view when you want the same filter set back tomorrow.
Full-text search
The command palette provides full-text search across ticket titles, descriptions, and comments. It returns matching tickets alongside navigation commands, with status and priority shown in the result description.
