Quick Start

A working ticket board in about ten minutes. The rest you can pick up as you go.

1. Sign up

Create an account on the registration page using a work email. We'll send a verification link; click it to land in the onboarding flow.

2. Name your workspace

The workspace is where you and your teammates live. Pick a name (usually your company or team), set a time zone, and define your business hours. Time zone and business hours feed SLA calculations later, so getting them right now saves cleanup.

3. Invite people

From Settings → Users → Invite User, send invitations. You'll assign each invitee a role, Admin, Manager, Project Lead, Team Lead, or Agent. If you're not sure, start everyone as Agent except yourself; you can promote later. The full breakdown lives in the user management guide.

4. Connect your inbox

If you want incoming customer emails to turn into tickets, hook up a mailbox under Settings → Email Accounts. Gmail and Microsoft 365 work via OAuth; for anything else, IMAP and SMTP credentials. Once it's connected, new mail starts showing up on the board within a minute or two.

You can skip this step if your team only takes tickets through the customer portal or the API.

5. Use the board

Tickets are cards. Drag a card between Open, Work in Progress, Waiting, and Closed as work moves. Click a card to open the full ticket. That's most of the day-to-day.

Where to go from here

  • Create your first ticket, every way to start one
  • Get the most out of the board, filters, bulk actions, keyboard moves
  • Set up automation, let the repetitive stuff run itself
  • Try the AI, Suggest Reply, then optionally autonomous mode
