Ticket Translation
Ticket translation lets agents read and reply across languages without leaving Fesk. AI translates a customer's message into your language, and your reply back into theirs, so a German customer and an English-speaking agent can have one conversation.
Translating a message
On a ticket or comment in a language you don't read, use the Translate action. Fesk detects the source language and shows the translated text inline; you can flip back to the original at any time. The same works for outgoing replies, write in your language and translate before sending.
Availability
Translation is an AI feature, so it depends on AI being enabled for your workspace and on having budget left for the period. If translation is unavailable, Fesk tells you why (AI disabled, or the AI cost limit has been reached). See AI configuration for the workspace switches and billing for usage limits.
Translation glossary
To keep product names, brand terms, and jargon from being "helpfully" translated, maintain a translation glossary under Settings → Translation. Each glossary entry pins how a term should be rendered (or that it should be left untouched) across every translation. This keeps "Fesk", feature names, and your own product vocabulary consistent no matter which language is involved.
