Billing & Subscription
Billing in Fesk covers your plan, seats, payment methods, invoices, and usage limits. Everything lives under Settings → Billing, and changes take effect immediately so you're never blocked waiting on a billing cycle.
Plans and seats
Fesk is free for up to 3 users. Beyond that you subscribe to a paid plan and pay per seat. The Billing page shows your current plan, how many seats you're using, and your seat limit.
To change how many seats you're paying for, set your seat limit under Settings → Billing. You can't drop the limit below the number of active users, deactivate users first (see user management).
Payment methods
Payments are handled by Stripe; Fesk never stores raw card numbers. Under Settings → Payment & Invoices you can:
- Add a card (entered directly into Stripe's secure form)
- Set a default payment method
- Remove a card you no longer use
Changing your plan
| Action | What happens | |---|---| | Subscribe | Move from the free tier to a paid plan | | Upgrade | Switch to a higher plan, prorated immediately | | Downgrade | Switch to a lower plan, applies at the next renewal | | Cancel | Stop the subscription; access continues until the period ends | | Reactivate | Resume a cancelled subscription before it lapses |
Invoices
Every charge produces an invoice. Under Settings → Payment & Invoices you can view your invoice history and download any invoice as a PDF for your records.
Usage and limits
Some features are metered. The Billing page shows current-period and historical usage:
- AI usage: token usage and cost from AI features. You can set a monthly AI cost limit so automated AI work pauses before it exceeds your budget. See AI configuration.
- API usage: request volume against your plan's API allowance, with configurable limits.
- Support level: choose the support tier included with your plan.
